Exeter call-out this morning. Bit of a drive but the customer's been loyal for years.
Customer in Exeter asked me to "just have a quick look" at their boiler. Three hours later... there's no such thing as a quick look.
Van stocked, coffee in hand, first job in Exeter at 8am. Let's have it.

Hot take: City & Guilds should be valued the same as a degree. A good plumber is worth their weight in gold.
